Pumpkin seeds

We bought a small pumpkin, and never got around to carving it.  We cut into it yesterday and roasted the seeds.  Caleb had fun watching the pumpkin face come to life!

There were sure a lot of seeds inside that small pumpkin!

Melt some butter, add some salt.. coat the seeds.. bake!
