Mine is simplify.
I want to simplify all the routine chores around me. Cooking, finances, laundry. All those things that HAVE to be done, but they no longer need to consume the bulk of my time.
So far my simplification process for my desk and finances is working very well.
I am working on a plan today to simplify my scrapbooking.
And right now I am making a double batch of spaghetti sauce, so that I can freeze at least half of it, which will simplify cooking sometime later this month.
What would your one word be for 2011?
I am sure I have more than one.. but for right now, simplifying my life is crucial!
