Gluten Free Cake

I have a dear friend, who has a daughter that has Celiac Disease, and so is on a gluten free diet. I am SO proud of her.. she is only 5, and will ask before she eats something "Is that gluten free?" Such a sweetie. A few months ago, I made a birthday cake for her mom - gluten free of course, and so I told her that I could make her birthday cake if she wanted... of course she informed me that it MUST be gluten free! Yes ma'am! She wanted a butterfly cake.
